Returns Policy

Thank you for purchasing from Boudoir London. We hope you will be happy with your purchase; however we know that this is not always the case. If you would like to return your Boudoir London purchases please follow the policy outlined below.

We can only provide a refund for items returned within 14 days of receipt of goods. Please do not remove any labels and ensure the products are returned within the original packaging. Any returned items must be in the condition they were received. We regret that we cannot accept returned Swimwear if the hygiene strip has been removed.
